Eileen Daly is a licensed Auctioneer with the Property Services Regulatory Authority of Ireland and a member of the Institute of Professional Auctioneers and Valuers, Ireland. With over 25 years in the property sector, Eileen manages a portfolio of residential and commercial properties right across Ireland.

Eileen offers rental services for both tenants and landlords, residential and commercial property sales for sellers and buyers, a full range of executive relocation services for those needing to relocate due to work or educational commitments and a full property management service for those who wish to outsource the more stressful aspects of managing property.

Eileen realises that individuals lead busy lifestyles and has put in place an appointment system that will accommodate those who work weekends, nights or early mornings. If you require an appointment outside normal operating hours, Eileen will be very happy to accommodate you.

During her time as a real estate agent and auctioneers, Eileen has built up a particular interest in sustainable energy, having practiced as a registered Building Energy Assessor with the Sustainable Energy Authority of Ireland and carried out building surveys in the greater Cork and Dublin areas. The practice of BER surveying involves building measurements, floor plans and photography which are critical elements in the Auctioneering platform.

In her spare time, Eileen loves to play tennis and is a keen sports fan.
